The villa features a highly secluded private pool area designed to protect your privacy. You can sunbathe, relax and enjoy the natural views without being disturbed. All essential amenities have been carefully provided within the villa to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The pool has a shallow section measuring 4 m x 2 m and 30 cm in depth. Including the shallow area, the total pool length is 8 m, making it ideal both for cooling off and relaxing by the water.

The nearest beach is Büyük Çakıl Beach, allowing you to easily combine your private villa holiday with sea and sun during the day.

Villa Carya Farm 3 is located next to the other two villas owned by the same owner: Villa Carya Farm and Villa Carya Farm 2. Subject to availability, they can be rented together for friends or families who want to stay close to one another while enjoying their own private spaces.

The villa is located in a natural setting. All our properties surrounded by nature are regularly treated and cleaned against insects; however, there is a higher possibility of occasionally encountering insects or small creatures compared to centrally located villas.
