Villa Kaya is a very special luxury villa surrounded by nature in Kaş’s Çukurbağ (Ortaköy area). With 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the villa accommodates up to 8 people and, thanks to its spacious rooms, is an excellent option for groups of friends. The property overlooks Kaş and is approximately 10 km from the sea. Although it is accessible by public transportation, it offers a peaceful setting.

The villa has a private swimming pool and a large garden, making it especially suitable for families with children. While enjoying your holiday, the outdoor areas provide plenty of space to relax and spend quality time together amid the beautiful views of Çukurbağ.

All villas located in natural surroundings are regularly treated with insecticide. However, due to the natural environment, you may still see butterflies, bees, or other insects around the property.
