Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is delivered clean before check-in. Additional cleaning requests can be fulfilled for an extra fee. The pool and pool terrace are maintained by staff in the early morning hours.

Check-out time: 10:00.

The villa is cleaned and prepared between these hours, so guests are kindly requested to comply with the specified times.

Important Notes

100% privacy cannot be guaranteed in villas with an indoor pool area. There may always be approximately 5% visibility.

Regular pest control is carried out; however, as the villa is located in nature, butterflies, mosquitoes, or other insects may still be seen in the area.

Due to the rugged terrain of the region, access routes may include steep slopes, and in some sections you may need to use stabilized (unpaved) roads to reach the villa.
