Located on the Kaş Peninsula, Villa Aston offers a wonderful holiday atmosphere with its panoramic sea view and spacious layout. With a maximum capacity of 6 people, it is an ideal option for large families and groups of friends. The villa’s location allows you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the peninsula, explore Kaş during the day, and relax in your own private villa in the evenings. Villa Hans is located right next to Villa Aston; this can be a great advantage for guests who wish to rent the two neighboring villas together. Bedrooms Bedroom 1: Two single beds, air conditioning Bedroom 2: One double bed, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom/toilet Bedroom 3: One double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, TV, en-suite bathroom/toilet Living Room The living room has a seating area and television, as well as a shared bathroom/toilet. Kitchen The modern, open-plan (American-style) kitchen includes air conditioning, a refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dining table for 6 people, water dispenser, and basic kitchen utensils such as plates, glasses, and cutlery. Internet Wi-Fi is available. Service provider interruptions may occasionally occur due to local infrastructure. Internet access is generally sufficient for email and social media, but may not be suitable for intensive use such as video streaming or downloading large files. Pool and Outdoor Area The villa has a private pool measuring 8m x 3.5m and 1.8m deep. The pool area has sun loungers, an outdoor table, and a barbecue. Important Notes Electricity, water, and gas are included in the rental price. Regular pest control is carried out; however, due to the natural surroundings, you may still see butterflies, insects, or mosquitoes. Fresh bed linen/towel changes, additional cleaning, car rental, and medical/insurance expenses are not included in the price. Hygiene supplies (toilet paper, drinking water, spices, etc.) are not provided in the villas.
