100% privacy cannot be guaranteed in villas with enclosed pool areas. There may always be an approximately 5% visible area.
Regular pest control is carried out; however, as the villa is located in nature, butterflies, mosquitoes, or other insects may still be seen in the area.
Due to the rugged terrain of the region, access roads may include steep slopes, and in some sections you may need to use unpaved (stabilized) roads to reach the villa.
