Cleaning and Maintenance

Important Notes

• 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed in villas with enclosed pool areas. There may always be approximately a 5% viewing area.
• Regular pest control is carried out; however, as the villa is located in nature, you may still see butterflies, mosquitoes, or other insects in the area.
• Due to the hilly terrain of the region, access roads may include steep slopes, and in some sections, you may need to use unpaved (unpaved) roads to reach the villa.
