Hoyran Wedre is located in the peaceful village of Hoyran, nestled at the foothills of the Taurus Mountains, 500 meters above sea level. It offers a stunning view of the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean Sea, Kekova Island, and Chelidonian Cape.
Our boutique guest house is nestled in the heart of nature, surrounded by a vast forest filled with aromatic plants such as sage, thyme, and marjoram, as well as carob, laurel, olive, fig, and almond trees. The infinity pool overlooking the tranquil Mediterranean is a wonderful place to read, meditate, and relax. The cottages are located in the middle of beautiful gardens. Their architecture is inspired by traditional stone houses, and the rooms are decorated with beautiful antique furniture.
Here, mornings begin with birdsong and a peaceful day continues with sheep and goats grazing. Breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and cake served at 5 pm, and dinner are prepared using exquisite fresh ingredients, offering a wide range of traditional flavors.
In addition to its magnificent nature and peaceful atmosphere, Hoyran Wedre is surrounded by historical and archaeological sites. Nearby, within a few minutes’ walk across the fields, lie the fascinating Lycian archaeological sites of Hoyran, Trysa, and Kyaneai. There is even a magnificent rock-cut tomb in the center of the village.
You can easily reach the magnificent church of Saint Nicholas, known as the original Santa Claus, located in Demre.
The Lycian Way passes right in front of the guesthouse, making it a perfect stopover point.
Hoyran’s natural surroundings and rich historical fabric create a paradise where you can listen to the sound of silence, clear your mind, and enjoy a nourishing and relaxing getaway.
